William is a passionate guy. And not only about coffee, but he is also a very successful apiculturist. With 30 colonies of bees, William produces about a ton of honey a year, a delicate treat, and a great mid-day snack when we go for a visit. For him, both coffee and beekeeping are deeply connected. When the flowering occurs, the bees treat themselves while helping promote a healthier harvest.
On the other hand, the bees are able to produce a whiter, clearer, and sweeter honey.
