Coffee from Huila, Colombia is known for its bright acidity and fruit notes. Colombia is one of the most bio-diverse countries on the planet. The soil in Huila, in particular, is rich in nitrogen and volcanic character. The region continues to garner attention with award-winning coffee. And the team at La Muralla, the next generation of coffee farmers in Colombia, is no exception. This partnership between La Muralla, Archetype and Harvest will be fruitful and sustainable.
