Farm La Esperanza is the central hub for all our coffees from Guatemala. It has a really special creaminess in the body and even in the nose, with lots of beautiful caramelization notes. It has a strong character of strawberry and floral flavors that were the reason Josue decided to grow Villa Sarchi as his own.

Farm La Esperanza, while serving as a washing station, lab, and central hub for Josue Morales’ Los Volcanes project, it is also Josue’s only farm he manages as his own.
