More than 1.500 smallholder farmers work for the Sidama Ardi harvest. They bring their lots to Biru Bekele they are separated, inspected and stirred to ensure consistent drying. The beans are enriched by the sugars and aromas of the skin to enhance the clean taste and complex fruity aromas of the coffee. This process is called the natural, or dry, process. Harvested by the hands of thousands of smallholder farmers. Your purchase can benefit thousands of families because Harvest donates a portion of sales back to the washing station each year.
