Founded in 2013 in San Francisco, Linea is the most recent project from esteemed coffee roaster Andrew Barnett, formerly of Ecco Caffè and Intelligentsia Coffee. Barnett is a career specialty coffee roaster, and often serves as a judge, scoring coffees for the Cup of Excellence.
Linea sources and roasts some of the best coffees available. We work with producers in Central and South America and throughout East Africa that share our vision of providing delicious coffees to the SF Bay Area and beyond.
Linea focuses on sourcing exceptional, sweetness-forward coffees. Many of these coffees are sourced through Andrew Barnett’s extensive network of relationships around the world. By creating these lasting relationships with producers, Linea has been able to source world-renowned coffees and showcase them to an audience of passionate customers in San Francisco and around the world. By creating sustainable relationships with growers and farmers at origin, Linea is able to purchase incredible coffees and develop financially beneficial partnerships to source these great coffees year in and year out.
